Getting the crop in “Part 1” – Lake Cullulleraine

February 22 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm AEDT

Free

Part 1 will provide Millewa farmers with valuable information to make the right cropping preparation decisions for season 2023. The workshop kicks off with an MSF research update with presentations from technical experts on the latest trial results from ‘22, including legume varieties and agronomy, deep ripping trials and more! As part of a Future Drought Fund project, farmers can learn about a new opportunity to receive a complimentary paddock mapped using EM38, free paddock soil tests and guidance on variable rate technologies: allowing farmers to get the most out of their fertiliser inputs and achieve good crop establishment on erosion prone soils. Come along and sign up for this free EM38 offer. Part 2 will focus on developing best bet fertiliser strategies for crops based on the complimentary soil testing, EM38 mapping and VRT recommendations.
