Fodder Shrubs Project workshop & crop inspection drive

November 8 @ 11:00 am - 2:30 pm UTC+0

Farmers from across the Victorian Mallee are invited to participate in an exciting new project that aims to position fodder shrubs as a valuable source of feed for Mallee livestock producers. The project will be launched on Tuesday 8th of November at Patchewollock.

The day will kick off at 11am at the Patchewollock Hotel with a short presentation introducing the project, and revisiting previous work on fodder shrubs in the Mallee.  Grower experiences with fodder shrubs and their use will then be explored, and knowledge gaps and information needs identified.

Complimentary lunch will be provided, followed by a fodder shrub inspection drive from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm to a nearby fodder shrub demonstration site.

If you are interested in attending the workshop and fodder shrub field tour, please register by 5th Nov via the following link – https://bit.ly/3TozoIG
